My friends and I often eat at Jay-J’s Inasal or at Mister Kabab. We love good, affordable food. The last time we met, we thought we’d eat at a place offering pasta. Tim suggested we eat at Amici. Place feels a bit like glamorized fast food. Pasta was okay. The Gamberetti that I ordered was good. But the other pasta that my friends ordered was bland.What I liked the most was the Mozzarella Fritto. From the name itself, it’s mozzarella cheese covered with breading and deep fried. I loved that one! Too bad we didn’t try their Gelati.

Irish and Moraine are two former officemates. I became friends with them and have managed to keep in touch over the years. This is a photo of the three of us taken a while back. We met over lunch at T.G.I. Friday’s and then went to watch a movie after. It was a day of fun, laughter and lots of girl talk!

I plan to meet with them again. Soon. I miss working with both of them. A stressful day becomes light and fun with these two girls around.
